Vacant Staging

While a fully staged house is the best way to market your property,
you are not limited to staging every room.

Every home is different, but in general we do recommend 3 areas that should be staged at minimum, for a good showing.
 

~living or family room
~kitchen and breakfast nook
~master bedroom and bath

Problem rooms or areas can also prevent the sale of a home. Questionable rooms in the home need to be located and staged as well.  Professional Staging can show the solution to a problem or simply make the problem go away!

At the consultation we'll locate any "problem areas" and determine what is best for your property.


Consultation & proposal
(
up to 1 hr) $50 per property/refund on staging invoice.
 
Meeting at the property, we will go over the staging process, beginning with a few tips at the all-so-important front door.
A proposal will be figured and emailed to you within 24 hours, based upon the number of rooms you would like staged.





How it works

A Vacant Staging will take around one week to complete. Here is what we do:

1. We begin with a review of the house for furniture and accessory placement planning which will include photos and measurements. This can take several hours depending on the size of the home and amount of rooms to be staged.

2. Next, Staging Tulsa will complete a plan for the staging. We select furniture from our warehouse or if needed, we meet and negotiate with a furniture rental company. We then coordinate staging accessories from our warehouse plus go shopping for those extra pieces, perfect for your home!
Movers and rental truck are scheduled.

3. We put it all together!
While all rooms may not be staged, those that are will look warm and inviting. Those problem areas are dealt with. A life style image is created so buyers can form more of an emotional connection to the home. 

4. Finally, an additional day is spent de-staging the property and overseeing rental pick-up.
