One-half Day of Staging
(up to 4 hours)
This service is for homes that need just a little extra attention and expertise OR are less than 2000 square feet.
Working from our consultation evaluation, we will make dramatic transformations to the main areas of your home. Staging Tulsa accessories may be brought in to complete our "staged look" while we take some great photos for your internet marketing endeavors. You will also receive recommendations and improvement ideas for your home and landscaping to help your house present well in the real estate market.

This service is for homes that need just a little extra attention and expertise OR are less than 2000 square feet.
Working from our consultation evaluation, we will make dramatic transformations to the main areas of your home. Consultation w/proposal
(about 1 hour) $50
Meeting at the property, we will go over the staging process, looking at your home through the "buyer's eyes". Our finds will determine how your house will be staged. We will end with a proposal based upon the amount of work needed in order to gain a speedy sale and the highest dollar for your home. This $50 consultation fee will be refunded on your staging invoice.
