Step-One: The Consultation


Want to know what you should store and what should stay? On which wall will the headboard  look best? Should you replace the carpet? Does the light fixture need replacing or will it be okay?  OR just simply staging on a budget. Get valuable insight, home staging tips and advice you can do yourself! This consultant service is an entire property walk-through, from the front yard to the back, which we will do together. We will compile a customized list of do-it-yourself recommendations that you can use as your do-it-yourself guide or use as your 'homework' before we go to step 3. So grab your pencil! (We may move a few things around too!) Cost $175* - about 1.5 hours.

Step-Two: Assistance on Your Up-Dating Journey

Building on the consultation (see above), this is your next step. Will you be selecting new light fixtures, carpet or new kitchen knobs? What about choosing paint colors (don't buy the wrong beige!) or a new comforter and pillows? Not sure what to pick? As a budget conscious Professional Home Stager, I will assist and guide you along your up-dating journey (beginning to end) with recommendations that are both neutral in color and style, appealing to many types of home buyers.
Limited shopping service may be included. Cost begins at $325.

Step-Three: Re-Arranging Your Home

Now that everything has been painted, fixed and replaced (well, not everything), it is time to put it all back together.
Professional Home Staging is achieved with strategically placed furniture, art and accessories, creating 'visual' square footage and adding buyer's appeal by neutralizing your personal design style.  You may not want to move! Cost is per hour.
